Hi. We’re Sam and Gigi.
We are partners. Parents. Soulmates who still ask each other “Did you eat today?”
Humans who know what it feels like to be doing your absolute best and still feel like you are juggling seventeen things with one hand.
We became parents young.
We were still figuring out who we were when suddenly we were also somebody’s safe place, comfort, superhero and snack dispenser.
Life didn’t slow down to let us adjust.
So we learned on the go.
Sometimes beautifully.
Sometimes painfully.
Sometimes with the help of a 2pm iced coffee that tasted like survival.
Our home was full of love.
But it was also full of laundry piles, half-finished tasks, and that “Where do I even start?” feeling.
Some days we looked around the house and felt proud.
Other days we sat on the floor and just stared at everything with that blank tired numbness.
You know the one.
And one day while sitting in that exact feeling
We realised something big:
The problem wasn’t us.
The problem was that life is heavy and nobody was ever meant to carry it alone.
So we built S&Gi from that understanding.
Not to impress anyone.
Not to be perfect.
But to support real humans in real lives.
The parents who are trying.
The people with chronic pain or fatigue who still deserve a home that works for them.
The neurodivergent minds who think in their own beautiful ways.
The independent individuals living with disability who shouldn’t have to fight their home just to get through the day.
The couples, the families, the solo baddies, the ones rebuilding, the ones figuring it out, the ones just surviving right now.
We see you.
Because we have been you.
In our own versions.
In our own seasons.
S&Gi isn’t just about packing or unpacking.
It’s about walking into someone’s life with gentleness, respect, and zero judgement and saying
“Rest. We’ve got this part.”
This isn’t just a brand statement.
It’s the way we live, love, parent and show up to support others.
VITALITY
Your home should give energy back to you.
Not drain what little you have left.
We create spaces where breathing feels easier and mornings feel lighter.
Not perfect.
Just softer.
More doable.
VISION
We don’t organise for aesthetics only.
We organise for real life.
We honour mobility needs.
Sensory needs.
Mental load capacity.
Parent routines.
NDIS support needs.
Family flow.
Your home should work for you, not the other way around.
VIBE
Homes have feelings.
Some feel heavy.
Some feel chaotic.
Some feel like a hug.
We aim for the hug.
Warm. Calm. Lived-in. Safe.
A space that feels like
“This is mine. This makes sense. This supports me.”
To make moving and home-living human again.
To bring calm where there is overwhelm.
To support independence, dignity and comfort.
To remind families they do not have to be superhuman to be worthy.
To show individuals living with disability that support can be soft, respectful, collaborative, and tailored to them
not forced on them.
We are here to lift weight
not add to it.
Your life. Your pace. Your needs.
We follow them.
We don’t judge.
We don’t rush.
We don’t act like we know your life better than you do.
We listen.
We ask.
We adapt.
We respect.
Your home is your world.
Your things are part of your story.
Your independence is yours to hold.
We are here to support, not control.
To lighten, not take over.
To gently guide, not overwhelm.
We touch everything with care.
We organise with intention.
We show up with empathy first, action second.
Your home is personal.
We treat it personally.
Welcome to S&Gi
Where life gets to feel softer
Where support feels like a hug not a clipboard
Where your home finally feels like a place you want to come back to.
