To give you a fair and accurate fixed price, we need to see your home properly first. You can choose one of two ways.


1. In person quote
We offer free in person quotes for homes in the Labrador to Southport area.
For other suburbs, a small quote fee may apply. Just send us an email or enquiry form and we can chat about options before you book.


2. Photo quote
If you prefer, you can send clear photos of your current home.
We ask that you

  • Open all cupboards and drawers
     
  • Show inside wardrobes, pantries and storage
     
  • Include any “hidden” clutter or spare rooms
     

The more honest the photos are, the better we can plan your time, your boxes and your budget.


If the photos do not match the home on the day and there is a lot more to pack than shown, your fixed price may need to change. This is never about blaming you. It is simply about making sure we have enough time, team and materials to do the job properly.


If you ever feel unsure about whether your photos are accurate enough, you are always welcome to book an in person quote so we can walk through the space together.


We use fixed pricing because our main priority is your wellbeing, not the clock.

Moving is already stressful. The last thing we want is for you to sit there watching the time and worrying about how much every extra minute is costing. With a fixed price you know the investment upfront, so you can relax while we get on with the careful work.


A fixed price also lets us slow down where it matters.
We can:

  • Take extra care with sentimental and fragile items
     
  • Think about how your home will feel on the other side
     
  • Pack in a way that makes unpacking calmer and easier
     

We specialise in pre-packing, unpacking and organising only. Our focus is not “how quickly can we fill this box” but “how can we protect your things and support your move in the most gentle, organised way.”


Fixed pricing is how we make sure you get calm, careful work and a clear price, without any pressure on you to rush the process.


Every fixed price starts with you and your real home, not a rough guess.

When you enquire, we look at things like


  • how many rooms you have
     
  • how full your cupboards, wardrobes and storage spaces are
     
  • how many sentimental or delicate pieces need extra gentle care
     
  • access to your home, including stairs and parking
     
  • your timeline and how quickly everything needs to be ready
     

We either walk through your home in person or carefully look over the photos you send. From there, it’s just the two of us working it out. We sit down together and look at how long it will realistically take us to pack, how much energy and focus it will need, and how many materials we will use to keep everything safe.


Instead of giving you a vague “it depends” number, we turn that into one clear fixed price. No surprise add-ons at the end. Just what it honestly takes for the two of us to look after your home properly.


We are a small family business and parents ourselves. We know how personal it is to let someone into your space. Our pricing is built on honesty, care and respect for your budget, so you can feel safe and supported from the very first quote.


We’re not here to race the clock.

Our fixed-rate pre-pack and unpack services mean you know exactly what you’re paying for with no stress and no stopwatch.


Sam’s background in removals, four years deep in the trade, gives us a unique edge.
He knows exactly how to set up your boxes and layout so your removalist team can come in, move through, and get the job done faster and smoother, saving you time.


We organise your boxes by room, label everything clearly, and pack in a way that helps the movers do their job efficiently.


It’s still soft, careful and luxe, but also really practical.

Yes, absolutely.


We proudly work with NDIS self-managed clients who want respectful, personalised support with their home setup and upkeep.


Alongside pre-packing, unpacking and organisation, we also offer concierge-style services like light decluttering, donation drop-offs and restocking essentials.


For clients who need extra help with day-to-day tasks, we can even create a fortnightly home plan such as restocking your pantry or fridge after a grocery delivery, tidying kitchen systems, or refreshing living areas so life feels calmer and easier to manage.


Our support is always handled with kindness, privacy and care, focused on your independence and comfort.
